For diagnostic & pathology labs

Bring every patient back for their retest.

Swastya AI is WhatsApp follow-up for diagnostic labs. It connects to your LIS, explains every report to the patient in your lab’s name, coaches them for 12 weeks and brings them back to you for the retest.

Not another LIS. It works with the one you run.

Not another LIS

Swastya isn’t lab software. It starts where your LIS stops.

Your LIS runs the lab: registration, billing, samples, machines and the signed report. Swastya AI doesn’t replace any of it. It connects to your LIS, picks up each signed report, and runs the 12 weeks after it, until the patient is back at your counter.

Your LIS runs the lab

  1. Registration & billing

The patient walks in or books a home collection.

  2. Samples & machines

    Barcodes, tracking and analyser results.

  3. Approval

Your pathologist checks and signs off.

  4. Signed report

The PDF the patient takes home.

Your LIS sends each signed report to Swastya AI

Swastya AI runs the 12 weeks after

  1. Explained on WhatsApp

Every number in plain words, in the patient’s language.

  2. 12 weeks of coaching

One small habit at a time, in your lab’s name.

  3. Urgent values flagged

Sent to a doctor on your team, never coached.

  4. Retest at your lab

Booked in week 11, explained in week 12.

The revenue after the report

What a returning patient is worth to you.

Many patients never take the retest their report calls for. Put in your own numbers and see what each one who comes back is worth.

What changes for your lab

Follow-up that runs itself, in your lab’s name.

One to four messages a week, only between 8 am and 10 pm. Patients who go quiet get fewer, never more.

  1. A receptionist smiling at the front desk of a diagnostic centre1
    Day 0

Signed in your LIS, explained on WhatsApp

Your LIS sends the signed report. Within minutes the patient has it on WhatsApp, every number in plain words.

  2. A man at his kitchen table smiling at a message on his phone2
    Weeks 1–10

    Your name on every message

One small habit at a time, sent from your WhatsApp Business number. Patients hear from your lab, not another app.

  3. A doctor reviewing results on a tablet in a hospital corridor3
    Any time

    Urgent values reach your doctors

Swastya explains and coaches; it never diagnoses or prescribes. Urgent values go straight to a person on your team.

  4. A patient chatting with a phlebotomist before a blood test4
    Weeks 11–12

The retest comes back to you

The retest is booked with your lab in week 11, and every new number is explained in week 12.

For your team

Every patient’s 12 weeks, on one screen.

  • Who’s due a retest this week, who’s on track and who’s drifting.
  • Urgent values and patients who need a doctor, flagged first.
  • Every message logged with the reason it was sent.
  • MIS reports for your management.

LIS integration

Works with the LIS you already run.

No new software for your team and nothing to install for patients. Live in about four weeks.

  1. Your LIS sends each signed report

Your LIS vendor points report events at a secure webhook, with your lab ID and secret. No connection yet? Start with uploads.

  2. We map your panels and packages

So every patient gets the plan their report calls for, not a generic one.

  3. Messages go out from your number

Your WhatsApp Business number and approved message templates, set up with you.

Questions

Questions labs ask us.

Is Swastya AI a LIS or lab management software?

No. Swastya AI works alongside your LIS. Your LIS keeps registration, billing, samples, machines and reports. Swastya AI connects to it and handles what happens after the report: explaining it to the patient, 12 weeks of coaching on WhatsApp, and bringing the patient back to you for the retest.

Do we need to change our LIS?

No. Your LIS vendor points signed reports at a secure Swastya AI webhook. If your LIS can’t send reports yet, your team can upload them while the connection is set up.

Whose name do patients see?

Your lab’s. Messages go out from your WhatsApp Business number.

How do retests come back to us?

In week 11 the patient is asked to book the retest with your lab. Requests reach your team on the dashboard, so your front desk or home-collection team books them the usual way.

What happens if a report shows something urgent?

It goes straight to a person on your team, and coaching for that patient steps back.

How many messages does a patient get?

One to four a week, only between 8 am and 10 pm, depending on the report. Patients who go quiet get fewer, never more. Replying STOP ends every message.

Which languages do patients get?

Hinglish, Hindi and English. Most patients pick Hinglish.

How long does it take to go live?

About four weeks: your WhatsApp number and templates, the LIS connection and panel mapping, your dashboard, then end-to-end testing on your own report formats.

See Swastya on your own reports.

Book a demo and we’ll walk you through a 12-week journey built from one of your sample reports, in your lab’s name.
